This large Victorian property, built as a bakery and guest house, occupies an unusually deep plot in a desirable and well-connected large Kentish Village. Badly planned 1990’s extensions have left an unworkable layout and a single dwelling of unwieldy scale.
Working with Blink Architecture and Alder Brisco, we gained consent to convert and extend the existing building to provide ten much needed homes in a highly sustainable location within the village.
