Since 2009, Duncan Blackmore and Graham Townsend have worked together on a variety of development projects. Arrant Land was founded with a shared interest in doing property development differently.

We develop projects which stimulate our interests in architecture, built heritage and the social dynamics of our towns and cities. Our focus is on the deployment of thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship in creating fulfilling, generous and healthy places to live.

Our guiding principles are to only build projects we would be happy live in ourselves and to treat others as we would like to be treated. No gazumping or gazundering, no bluffing or chicanery – an honest straight talking approach.

We are always looking for the next project. Please contact us if you have an interesting potential plot or a building which needs a rethink. We are also happy to discuss potential collaborations and joint ventures.
